How do I cancel my download/purchase?

Unfortunately, after your purchase is complete, digital products cannot be refunded or cancelled. For customers located in the UK/EU digital product orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the download has begun. For more details, please see our Terms of Service .

How do I download my product?

After checkout, you'll receive two emails: a confirmation email and a separate email with a download link. This link allows you to download the digital product you purchased.

How Many Times Can I Download My Product?

There's no limit! You can download your digital product using the provided link as many times as you need. However, sharing or reselling our products is strictly prohibited by our terms and conditions and could result in legal action.

I didn’t get my download link in my email. Is it lost?

Don't worry! First, wait five minutes and check your spam folder. If they're still missing, contact us at hello@afrotype.co with the email address used for the purchase and a link to the product listing.

I’m having issues downloading my product. What’s happening?

Having trouble accessing your files? Here are some common problems:

  • Download Link Not Working: Try disabling any unusual add-ons or toolbars in your web browser and then click the link again.
  • Corrupted File: Delete the downloaded file and try downloading it again.
  • Unable to Open File: You might need a specific program to open the file type. Download the required program and try opening the file again.
